Megan Bridger

Helping active women fix hidden under-fuelling with a gut first approach to better energy and long-term hormonal health. 

Megan is a trusted HCPC Registered Dietitian and SENr Sport Nutritionist with an NHS background, she is the in-house nutritionist for Coventry City Football Club Academy. She holds a BSc Dietetics (hons) and an MSc Sport and Exercise Nutrition.

Megan is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through an improved relationship with food backed by evidence. Whether you are looking to optimise your gut health, enhance your performance or simply want some healthy eating advice Megan is here to help you find your balance.
