Balance Nutrition Coaching

12 Weeks to Fuel, Perform & Feel Like Yourself Again

Fatigue, gut issues, and hormonal disruption are common complaints among active women, and emerging research points to insufficient fuelling as one important contributing factor. But the picture is rarely simple. Current sports science increasingly recognises that these symptoms can arise from a combination of things — energy intake, training load, sleep, stress, and individual physiology all play a role.

This 12-week programme is built around that complexity, with personalised 1:1 nutrition coaching tailored to how you train, how you live, and where your health actually is right now.

You're doing everything right. So why do you still feel like this?

You train consistently, try to eat well, and stay committed — but still feel exhausted, bloated, or out of sync with your body.

In many cases, this comes down to a mismatch between energy intake and the demands of training and daily life.

The full picture - not just one answer

When your energy intake doesn't meet the combined demands of training, recovery, and daily life, your body responds by conserving energy — downregulating hormones, slowing digestion, and prioritising vital functions over performance. This is well documented in the sports science literature, and it's more common in active women than most people recognise.

What's also becoming clear is that this rarely exists in isolation. Sleep quality, training load, psychological stress, and gut function all interact. That's why Megan takes a whole-picture approach — looking at energy intake as a central piece, while also considering the other factors that might be contributing to how you feel.

No restriction. No generic meal plans. Just nutrition built around your training, your body, and your life.

The approach

Rather than focusing on labels alone, Megan works with you to understand:

  • Whether you're fuelled appropriately for your training

  • How your body is responding (energy, digestion, cycle, recovery)

  • What adjustments will have the biggest impact for you

This approach combines:

  • Clinical insight (energy availability, hormone health, bone health where relevant)

  • Performance nutrition (fuel timing, carbohydrate availability, recovery)

  • Practical, sustainable change that fits your life
