This programme supports active women in their training years, preparing for or navigating fertility, adjusting to early motherhood, or managing the physical shifts of perimenopause. The principles are the same. The strategy is tailored entirely to you.

The approach​

Rather than labelling symptoms, the focus is on understanding what's driving them.

That means looking at whether you're fuelled appropriately for your training, how your body is responding — energy, digestion, cycle, recovery — and what adjustments will make the biggest difference for you right now.

Clinically, this draws on the evidence around energy availability, hormonal health, and gut function. It also holds space for the complexity that can come with a history of disordered eating, or the particular challenges of life transitions. Whatever your starting point, the approach is evidence-based, non-judgemental, and grounded in real life.
