About
"I have been in the position of under-fuelling and over-training and now I want to help more women understand how to fuel their body for long-term health"
The Full Story
Upon graduating from her BSc Dietetics (Hons) Megan began working as a weight management dietitian and personal trainer. She then secured a Band 5 Acute Dietitian post where she worked on the respiratory, surgical and orthopaedic wards whilst also managing outpatient clinics for weight management and IBS patients (amongst other conditions). Megan successfully became a Band 6 Community dietitian with a focus on conditions such as dementia and Parkinson's disease. During this time she began an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition and had the opportunity to work within Championship level football. Megan now focuses on performance nutrition and gut health and is the nutritionist for Coventry City Football Club Academy.

My approach
Evidence-based, individual, and whole-picture.
I don't use generic meal plans or chase quick fixes. I work to understand what's actually driving your symptoms — looking at energy intake alongside sleep, stress, training load, and gut function — and build a strategy that fits your real life.
I also understand that for some women, the relationship with food and exercise carries more complexity than macros and meal timing. That history doesn't get left at the door. It's part of the picture, and it's held with care.
The goal is never just to get you through the next 12 weeks. It's to give you the understanding and confidence to keep going well beyond that — through training, through transitions, through whatever comes next.
