One-off Consultations

Sometimes you don't need a 12-week programme. You need someone who understands your situation and can give you a clear, evidence-based steer.

The Power Hour is a focused 60-minute 1:1 consultation for active women who want personalised advice on:

  • Training nutrition and fuelling strategy

  • Gut health, bloating, or IBS symptoms

  • Hormone or cycle-related concerns — including hypothalamic amenorrhoea, LEA, or suspected RED-S

  • Nutrition during a life transition — fertility, early motherhood, or perimenopause

  • Managing nutrition when there's a history of disordered eating alongside an active lifestyle

Includes:

  • Pre-consultation questionnaire to assess diet, lifestyle and past medical history

  • 60-minute virtual consultation

  • Written follow-up summary (within 3-5 days of your consultation)

  • Tailored recommendations on your client portal

  • 4-week follow-up check-in form

Please note costs include the consultation, the preparation time in advance of the session reviewing your information and putting together your initial recommendations following the session as well as the four week check-in and written guidance. 

If you have a consultation and then decide you want to move to the coaching programme, the cost of your consultation will be credited
